Jacobson Hosting knows how hosting can be confusing and technical. Our mission is to give the best possible support and to never stop looking for better ways to improve it.
Support Ticket System: This is the most efficient way to contact us for support issues. Emergency tickets are generally answered within 5-15 minutes. Our support staff continuously looks for new tickets and answer them 24x7x365 days a year. You can use the ticket system by the following steps:
- Login to your Hosting Control Panel.
- Select Support Center from the Menu
- Select Make a Ticket.
- Fill out the Ticket System Form and Submit.
- You will receive a ticket confirmation number via E-mail. Please keep this number handy in case you decide to contact us by phone or live chat.
- Our support Staff will contact you shortly.
Live Chat Support: To chat with a live customer service representative online, please click the "Live Chat" link on the top of the navigation section of all pages. If "Live Chat" is unavailable please leave a message and a representative will contact you shortly.
Phone Support: For phone support please call Toll Free 1.866.999.9575. If a representative is not available, please leave a message. Our average call back time is less than 1 hour.
E-Mail Support: Clients may contact us for support through the following E-mail addresses. For Hosting Support we recommend using the Support Ticket System inside your control panel for faster results:

Making a Payment: At the start of each billing cycle, the system E-mails our clients an invoice with a link with payment options. However you have an option to make a payment of any amount at any time. You can do this by the following steps:
- Login to your Hosting Control Panel.
- Select Billing from menu.
- Select Billing Profile and go down on this page.
- Enter the amount you want to pay in the format 00.00
- Press select query button. This will take you to the "PayPal"
website.
- After your payment is received from "PayPal", our billing department
will credit it to your account.
Register/Transfer your Domain: It is not necessary to register or transfer your domain to be able to host with Jacobson Hosting. To register a new domain or transfer a existing one to our company please visit http://jacobsondomains.myorderbox.com. We only accept payments through "PayPal" for Domain Services. You may choose to pay by Master Card, VISA, American Express, Discover or eCheck. A "PayPal" account is not needed to use a credit card. If you choose to use a echeck and don't have a PayPal account, you will have to create one during the signup process. If using a eCheck, no services will be enabled until the eCheck is cleared with your bank, this process takes 3-4 business days.
There are no refunds on Domain Registrations, please make sure the spelling is correct for all new Domains. If payment is made for a transfer and the transfer fails, the funds will stay in your Domain account, which you can use later for future domain transactions.
Login to your Domain Control Panel: Hosting and Domain services have two separate Control Panels with us. For the Domain Control Panel, please visit http://jacobsondomains.myorderbox.com. Your user name is the E-Mail address that you used during the sign up process, for your domain registration/transfer.
